Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days of receiving the order confirmation email.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at taarikajohnart@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will assess the damage and work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at taarikajohnart@gmail.com and we will provide further instructions.

If you receive a defective/damaged product or the wrong item, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a replacement or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
